Thank you for enrolling in our online health coaching programs and digital courses at jayaanthappa.com, operated by Jaya Mary Anthappa. Since our services are digital and knowledge-based, we have a transparent and fair refund policy.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
- Once you purchase any course, program, or digital product, access is granted instantly (or within a few hours).
- Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once the course materials or login access has been provided.
2. Coaching Services
- If you’ve booked a one-on-one coaching session, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be refunded.
- If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered used and is non-refundable.
3. Subscription or Membership Plans
If we offer any recurring subscription plans (monthly/yearly access):
- You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
- Once charged, no partial or full refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
4. Eligibility for Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- You were charged twice for the same course
- You were unable to access the course due to a technical issue on our side, and our support team could not resolve it

Include your full name, registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the request. All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.
